PLANNING YOUR VISIT

When are the busiest and quietest times?

Adventure Golf is typically busier during school holidays and event periods, while midweek term-time dates are generally quieter. A bit of planning can help ensure a great experience.

Is the Adventure Golf open in bad weather?

As an outdoor course, we are subject to weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the forecast. The course only closes during heavy snow, ice, or flooding—check our Facebook page or email us for updates before visiting.

Is it safe to leave my vehicle in the car park?

Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. We cannot take responsibility for damage or theft, and no security guarantee is provided for vehicles or contents.

ADVENTURE GOLF

Are dogs allowed on the Adventure Golf course?

We are afraid dogs are not allowed on the course, however outside the course where there are refreshments and seating , well-behaved dogs are welcome but must remain on a lead with a responsible adult. Please bring a poop scoop and disposable bags to clean up after them.

What are the rules?

1. No more than 5 people in a group on any one hole.
2. The holes must be played in sequential order. Hole jumping is discouraged.
3. When putting do not swing the putter higher than knee height.
4. One metre distance must be maintained between players during putting.
5. If the ball goes off the course, replace the ball where it went off with a one stroke penalty.
6. If the ball ends up against an edge or obstacle it must be moved one club head length out.
7. Some holes contain moving parts - do not touch or stand on any of these moving parts. Ensure that children are kept under supervision as this may result in personal injury and or damage to the course of which the player or parent/guardian is responsible for.
8. Players are only allowed to stand on the teeing off grass and on the grass adjacent to the holes. Do not walk on any other part of the course.
9. Young children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
10. All players, particularly children should refrain from hitting the ball excessively hard, thereby causing a hazard to themselves and other people.
11. Aylesbury Adventure Golf reserves the right to remove clubs and balls from any player behaving unacceptably and request that they leave the site.

Is the Adventure Golf course wheelchair friendly?

Unfortunately, not, the course is not suitable for wheelchairs due to space limitations. However, wheelchair users are welcome to relax in our seating areas and enjoy refreshments.

Is the Adventure Golf course pushchair friendly?

The course is not suitable for pushchairs due to space limitations, but pushchairs can be parked in the seating areas, accompanied by an adult.

How long does it take to complete 12 holes?

Depending on how busy the course is, it typically takes a 30–40 minutes to complete all 12 holes. Estimated times are displayed at reception, or you can ask a team member for guidance

How many people can play?

We allow a maximum of 5 players per hole. For larger groups, we recommend splitting into smaller teams.

Do I need to bring my own golf putters and balls?

We provide putters in various sizes for left- and right-handed players, as well as balls. You may bring your own putter, but we are not responsible for any damage. Only course-provided balls are permitted.

What is the minimum age permitted?

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

What does 'par' mean?

Par is the number of strokes it should take to complete a hole. Our course includes par 2 and 3 holes, with higher par ratings indicating greater difficulty.

How do I score?

You’ll receive a scorecard at check-in for up to 5 players. Record the number of strokes per hole and total them at the end. The player with the lowest score wins.

Can I film on the Adventure Golf course using Go Pro or other filming equipment?

Feel free to film and share your experience on social media, tagging us to join the fun. However, filming other users, especially children, is strictly prohibited.

Is smoking permitted?

No, we operate a strict no-smoking policy.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Are snacks and refreshments available on site?

Yes, soft drinks, teas, and coffees can be purchased at reception. Alcohol is available at the adjacent Bay19 bar.

Can I bring my own food?

No, we do not allow outside food or drinks on the premises.

Can I drink on the Adventure Golf course?

Yes, soft drinks are permitted on the course, especially in warm weather
